being a year's training i feel so hard to play this qigong excercise, i learn a lot from my senior, finally i did it... the next step is on stage, to me i think this should be ok not much to worry, wait lah one day i will..................... hehehehehe

today i went kopi kopi, this reminds me that when i was young my house got a doggie name *KOPI* my brother used to feed it with rice and some leftover food, it looks cute and hairy just like a brownie.
